Barminco recognises that real, hands-on work experience will assist high school and university students in making effective career decisions and provide practical experience to obtain work within the resources sector.
Barminco offers opportunities to students who are working toward qualifications in a variety of disciplines. The disciplines that are of particular relevance include trades, finance, information technology, human resources, occupational health & safety and office administration.
Students who go through our mining work experience program may participate in project work or work shadowing a more experienced person. They will receive a level of coaching, providing them with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that the resources industry may offer them. View Current Opportunities.
